Howard Appointed Woodmen of the World Director of Securities
Omaha, Neb. – Woodmen of the World/Omaha Woodmen Life Insurance Society has announced that Damian Howard has been named Director of Securities.
Howard began his career with Woodmen of the World in August 2007 as a Sr. Portfolio Manager in the Investment Division. As Director of Securities, he will continue to be responsible for all equity investments totaling approximately $600 million. These investments assist Woodmen of the World in maintaining surplus strength, as well as funding for the pension plan.
Howard obtained his Master’s in Business Administration from IndianaUniversityin 1987, and earned the designation of Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) in 1991. He is a member of the Association for Investment Management and Research.
