Beber Appointed Woodmen of the World Director
OMAHA, NE – Woodmen of the World/Omaha Woodmen Life Insurance Society has announced that Melissa (Lovitt) Beber has been named Director of Human Resources.
Beber began her career with Woodmen of the World in 1998 as a Human Resources Administrator. Throughout her tenure with Woodmen of the World, she has held several positions of increasing responsibility, most recent being Manager, Human Resources Operation. As Director, Human Resources, Beber will be responsible for providing leadership and oversight to the Benefit and Human Resource Operations teams which includes Compensation. She brings to her new role a strong understanding of the business and a strong commitment to serving her customers in a collaborative manner.
Beber has earned both Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) certifications, and obtained both her Bachelor of Science degree and her Masters of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
