WoodmenLife Tower lit in blue

WoodmenLife Tower to Light Blue for Boss’s Day

Tonight the WoodmenLife Tower will be blue for Boss’s Day.

According to Days of the Year, Boss’s Day was created by Patricia Bays Haroski in 1958 when she registered it with the U.S. Chamber of Commerce while working as a secretary at her father’s insurance office. The date she selected was her father’s birthday.

WoodmenLife will share this on social media with the hashtag #LightWoodmenLifeTower.

To see a schedule of upcoming tower lightings or to request one, visit the WoodmenLife Tower Lighting Partnership website.
