
WoodmenLife Appoints Staci Jackson as Director of Customer Service
WoodmenLife has announced the appointment of Staci Jackson to Director of Customer Service.
Jackson, who joined WoodmenLife in August 2024 as Manager of Customer Service, will now oversee daily operations and staff, develop and implement customer service policies and procedures, and ensure customer satisfaction measures are executed.

WoodmenLife President & CEO Denise McCauley said of Jackson: “Staci came to WoodmenLife in 2024 with a wealth of customer service experience that spans more than 30 years. We are confident in her ability to lead our Customer Service division.”
Jackson spent 25 years at Fiserv in both call center management and workforce management, as well as five years with Think Whole Person Healthcare as the Revenue Cycle/Patient Access Manager.
Jackson attended Northeast Community College in Norfolk, NE, and Bellevue University in Bellevue, NE. Jackson is married and currently lives in Bennington, NE. She is also a member of WoodmenLife Chapter 16.
