WoodmenLife Appoints Director of Community Partnerships
WoodmenLife has appointed Daniel R. Molony Jr. its Director of Community Partnerships.
Molony, who goes by Robby, is responsible for supporting outreach efforts and service projects across the country. He works closely with the Community Outreach Managers who are tasked with supporting members as they make their cities and towns better. Spread across nearly 900 chapters, WoodmenLife’s 700,000 members host hundreds of events each year that support families and communities and promote patriotism.
“Robby brings an unmatched passion for community service to the Home Office,” said President & CEO Patrick L. Dees. “His effort recognizing people who work behind the scenes and his motivation to serve others will mean great things for our members’ outreach efforts.”
Molony previously worked for WoodmenLife as a Fraternal Coordinator in South Carolina and Florida. He has received various fraternal awards; served in leadership roles, such as chapter president and Florida Jurisdictional president from 2007–2009; and held seats on the National Legislative Committee and National Judiciary Committee.
Molony worked in the mortgage production business for the past 20-plus years in Florida and was active with the business community and civic organizations there. He has been a member of the Lakeland Association of Realtors for 20 years and served on its Board of Directors; on the Board of Directors for Bartow Association of Realtors; and on the Board of Directors for Epilepsy Services of West/Central Florida. He has also been a youth soccer coach for 25 years.
He and his wife, Tracy Sue Molony, have three children: Tyler, 25, who is married to Sara Catherine; Jake, 23; and Tanner, 19. In his free time, he enjoys soccer, golf and fishing.
