
Michaele Geibel Promoted To Regional Director of Louisiana
WoodmenLife appointed Michaele Geibel as Regional Director of Louisiana, effective April 1, 2026. She will also continue serving as Regional Director of the Northeast Region.
Geibel joined WoodmenLife in 2014 as a Sales Representative. In this role, Geibel received the Pennsylvania Horizon Award, the Fraternal Contribution to Youth Award, and the Pennsylvania Rising Star Award, all in 2015.
Geibel was appointed to Recruiting Sales Manager in September 2016, earning the Pennsylvania Recruiter of the Year that same year. She was also appointed as president of the Keystone Fraternal Corporation Board.
In 2017, Geibel earned the Pennsylvania Outstanding Accomplishment Award, and was named to the Sales Fraternal Advisory Committee. She was promoted to Regional Director of Pennsylvania in April 2018. In 2019, she was given oversight of the NY/NE region.
Geibel earned the President’s National Achievement Award in 2020. In 2021, she was appointed to WoodmenLife’s Advisory Committee and served for four years. In 2025, Geibel was appointed to the NAFIC board of directors.

Geibel is a member of Chapter 8 in Butler, PA; Chapter 696 in Clarion, PA; Chapter 1024 in Tupper Lake, NY; and Chapter 6 in Cumberland, MD.
Geibel attended Bradford Business School, where she graduated with honors and received a degree in business management. In addition, she earned a certificate in entrepreneurship from Butler Community College. She is an active member of her church and leads several small leadership groups.
Geibel has four children and four grandchildren. In her spare time, she enjoys attending her children’s activities, spending time with grandchildren, cooking, hiking, and hosting large family events.
