We Have an Egg!
Charity laid her first egg this morning!
Average clutch sizes for peregrine falcons are between three and four eggs, so watch for more eggs in the coming days.
Charity and Mintaka will incubate the eggs for about 30 days. However, they will not start full-time incubation until all the eggs are laid. You may see the falcons in and out of the nest over the next few days, and this is completely normal. About a month from now we will be eagerly watching for the chicks to hatch!
