In recognition of exemplary service excellence, WoodmenLife Chapter 3 of Greenville, South Carolina has been named National Chapter of the Year, beating out hundreds of chapters nationwide in a testament to their remarkable dedication to community transformation, patriotic spirit, and family support.
The Greenville chapter dazzled the national selection committee with their exceptional array of community initiatives that touched countless lives throughout the region. From surprising exhausted teachers with well-deserved appreciation meals to bringing smiles to the faces of brave firefighters, this powerhouse team demonstrated what it truly means to live the WoodmenLife mission.

Along with the award, Chapter 3 will receive a check for $10,000 to continue its work in the community.

- Honoring Hometown Heroes: Treating 15 brave firefighters at Greenville City Fire Department Station 7 to a feast of gratitude and support
- Fighting Hunger with Determination: Collecting an impressive 215 pounds of food for Harvest Hope Food Bank while also providing hot meals to 25 individuals through the Berea First Baptist Church Reaching Center
- Championing Tomorrow’s Leaders: Celebrating exceptional history students with memorable awards and supporting Greer Middle College’s athletic dreams with a $1,000 contribution
