Spencer Owen Awarded Top Hat Regional Director Award at WoodmenLife
WoodmenLife is proud to announce Regional Director Spencer Owen, North Carolina East, as the winner of the 2025 Top Hat Regional Director Award.
Top Hats are awarded for leadership, hard work, dedication, exceptional performance, and focus in the Sales Force. WoodmenLife awards three of these awards each year.

As a multi-time Top Hat awardee, Owen said he’s grateful to his team for their accomplishments and strong leadership.
“Winning Top Hat as a Regional Director to me means you are blessed to work with a lot of great people who want to succeed and take care of our members,” he said. “Here in North Carolina East, we try every day to make sure our members are the priority.”
Owen joined WoodmenLife as a Sales Representative in November 1995, being promoted to Recruiting Sales Manager in 2000 and Regional Director in 2009 in the Texas Southeast region. He also served as Nebraska/Iowa Regional Director from April 2011 until October 2012.
Owen is engaged to Beverly Parks, and he has two daughters and three grandsons.
