Pearson Chosen as President’s Integrity Award Recipient

Omaha, Neb. – Core Operations Learning Facilitator Stephanie Pearson has been chosen as the 2010 Woodmen of the World Home Office “President’s Integrity Award winner.

The President’s Integrity Award recipient embodies Woodmen of the World’s commitment to trustworthiness, always tries to do what’s right, even in tough situations, and lives and works with integrity. Pearson was nominated by Denise McCauley, Vice President of Core Operations for Woodmen of the World. McCauley states, “Stephanie always demonstrates a positive outlook and asks herself how she can be part of the solution. Stephanie builds relationships to get others on board and serves as a good role model to others of how to influence decisions in a positive way. Woodmen of the World’s mission and values are Stephanie’s personal values that she takes with her everywhere. She embodies the qualities that will help Woodmen become even better. She can be counted on as someone who keeps her promises. She does the right thing.”

Pearson is currently the president of Alpha Lodge, as well as a dedicated volunteer for both Wakonda Elementary School and the Meals on Wheels program.

“It’s a great honor to have won,” she said. “It’s so nice to be recognized. It’s very fulfilling to be able to do things for other people. Everyone has been down and out at one point. It’s nice to be able to help someone get back on their feet.”
