Craig Walters Recognized as Top Hat Recruiting Sales Manager for WoodmenLife
WoodmenLife is proud to announce Recruiting Sales Manager Craig Walters, North Carolina East, as the winner of the 2025 Top Hat Recruiting Sales Manager Award.
Top Hats are awarded for leadership, hard work, dedication, exceptional performance, and focus in the Sales Force. WoodmenLife awards three of these awards each year.

Walters said the Top Hat award is a testament to the hard work across the Sales Force.
“This award represents our team far more than it represents me,” he said. “The greatest part of my role is getting to serve our reps, celebrate their successes, help them through the hard days, and watch them grow into confident leaders. Their growth is the real win.”
Walters began as a Sales Representative in 2002, stepping into a leadership role in 2016. He is a member of Chapter 208 in Bladenboro, NC, and Chapter 262 in Clarkton, NC.
Walters and his wife, Stephanie, have six children. He and his family are active members of Galeed Baptist Church.
