Craig Smiley Appointed Kentucky West Regional Director
Craig Smiley of Princeton, KY, was promoted to Regional Director of Kentucky West, effective April 1, 2026.
Smiley joined WoodmenLife as a Sales Representative in 2001, and prior to his promotion, served as a Recruiting Sales Manager for 13 years. He achieved Star or Super Star status as a Sales Representative, as well as Executive Club, Senior Executive Star, or Senior Executive Star as a Regional Sales Manager.
He also was named a Top Hat, WoodmenLife’s prestigious Sales award, as a Recruiting Sales Manager.
“Craig is a strong leader who leads by example,” said Chuck Driffill, Senior Vice President & National Sales Manager. “He has a proven ability to build effective teams that deliver results.”
Smiley holds his Fraternal Insurance Counsellor, Fraternal Insurance Counsellor Fellow, and Life Underwriting Training Council designations. He is a member of Chapter 92 in Princeton, KY, and served as Chapter President from 2010-12. He is also a member of Chapter 5 in Hopkinsville, KY.
Smiley has served as the Caldwell/Lyon County Cattlemen’s Association President, as well as the Caldwell County Cooperative Extension President, Vice president, and Board Chairman. He serves as a member of the Princeton-Caldwell Chamber of Commerce and the Christian County Chamber of Commerce.
Smiley and his wife, Tiffanie, have three children and one granddaughter. In his free time, he enjoys tending the family farm, riding UTVs, and spending time with his family.
