WoodmenLife Hires Stephanie Kahl as Director, Total Rewards
WoodmenLife is pleased to welcome Stephanie Kahl to the organization as Director, Total Rewards in the Human Resources division. In this role, she leads the strategic planning, design, implementation, and maintenance of all corporate-wide group benefits and compensation programs. Kahl and her team will work to ensure that all Total Rewards programs offered by WoodmenLife are competitive, cost-effective, and legally compliant.
Kahl attended Wartburg College and earned her B.A. in Public Relations. She went on to earn her M.S. in Industrial Relations from Minnesota State University, Mankato. Prior to joining WoodmenLife, Kahl worked at Multi-Color Corporation as Director, Human Resources. She has obtained her Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR), Certified Business Professional (CBP), and Senior Certified Professional (SHRM SCP) designations.

Kahl and her husband enjoy travelling, both domestically and internationally. She spends her free time biking, gardening, and walking.
