Woodmen of the World Appoints Graesser Director, Talent Acquisition and Development
Omaha, Neb. – Woodmen of the World/Omaha Woodmen Life Insurance Society has announced that Marsha Graesser has been named Director of Talent Acquisition and Development.
Graesser started with Woodmen of the World in February of 2006 as a Performance Development Consultant. She was promoted to a Senior Performance Development Consultant in 2007 and Manager, Talent Management in 2009. Marsha received her Bachelor of Science from Bellevue University in 2007 and earned her Professional of Human Resources designation in 2010.
Graesser’s new role includes strategically directing the recruitment process, as well as, leading training and development throughout the organization. This includes: leadership development programs, Organizational Change Management, succession planning, coaching, team building and business acumen training programs. Another component of Graesser’s role includes leveraging diversity initiatives throughout the organization, promoting respect and celebrating differences.
Graesser is active in Woodmen of the World Alpha Lodge activities and serves as Secretary on St. Matthews School Board.
