4 Eggs in the Box!

We’re excited to see that Charity laid her fourth egg! The incubation period for Peregrine Falcons lasts approximately 34 days, so the eggs will be hatching before we know it.

Baby falcons are called eyasses. They are born with white down that is replaced by feathers after three to five weeks. They also eat an incredible amount of food! They double their weight in just six days after hatching.

We can’t wait for the addition to the Falcon Family to arrive! Check out what the falcons are up to on the FalconCam.
