WoodmenLife Awards $85,000 in Student Loan Repayment Assistance
WoodmenLife provides financial assistance to its members to help repay their student loan debt through its Student Loan Relief program. This year, the total awards amounted to $85,000.
In its third year, the WoodmenLife Student Loan Relief program is just one of a wide range of valuable extras the organization offers its members. A person becomes a member when they purchase a WoodmenLife life insurance or retirement product.
“Helping our members along the path to financial security is what WoodmenLife stands for,” said Patrick L. Dees, WoodmenLife President & CEO. “This program is one example of how we help to protect the financial future of families, a value which we are committed to.”
To apply for an award, members must meet eligibility requirements and write a short essay on patriotism. Applications are then reviewed, and recipients are selected by an independent third-party administrator.
