WoodmenLife Awards $54,000 in Student Loan Repayment Assistance
WoodmenLife’s Student Loan Relief program is designed to assist its members in repaying their student loan debt. This year 54 members received a $1,000 award, making a total of $54,000.
To be considered for an award, eligible members must apply and answer brief essay questions highlighting their community involvement and patriotism. Applications are then reviewed, and recipients are selected by an independent third-party administrator.
“Our goal is to provide support and help our members get closer to financial security,” explained WoodmenLife’s President & CEO, Patrick L. Dees. “Lightening the burden of student loans helps contribute to that objective.”
