Woodmen of the World Appoints Executive Vice President, Senior Vice President
Omaha, Neb. – Woodmen of the World Life Insurance Society announces the appointments of Pat
Dees and Elvis Anderson.

Pat Dees has been
elected to follow Larry King as the Executive Vice President, Fraternal,
effective October 1, having served as Senior Vice President, National Field
Manager since November 2011.
Dees began his career
with Woodmen of the World as a Field Representative 1986. He was appointed
State Manager of North California in 1996, appointed North Florida State
Manager in 2000, and appointed South Georgia State Manager in 2006. Dees joined the Home
Office in 2009 as Vice President, Field. He was promoted to Senior Vice
President, Field in November 2009.

and success of our organization.”
Dees is on the Board of
Directors of Woodmen Insurance Agency and Woodmen Financial Services. Dees has served as an
elected Director of the California, Florida and Georgia FIC Chapters, has
earned his FICF designation, and is a member of the General Agents and Managers
Association (GAMA).

Elvis Anderson has been appointed Senior Vice President,
National Field Manager effective
October 1, 2012. Anderson began his Woodmen
of the World career as a Field Representative in Lyons, GA, in 1984. He was
promoted to Area Manager in Savannah, GA, in 1987. Anderson was promoted to
State Manager of West Tennessee in 1996, and then served as an Assistant Field
Manager in Omaha, NE, from 1998 through
2001. He was appointed State Manager of North Alabama in January 2002 and
joined the Home Office as Director, Field Management in 2009 and was appointed
Vice President Field on November 1, 2009.

has made significant contributions to Woodmen of the World. He is a talented,
proven leader who has strengthened the organization and his teamwork has been
the catalyst for improving the company as a whole,” said Larry King, President
and CEO, Woodmen of the World.
Anderson is a
member of Life Underwriters; General Agents and Managers Association (GAMA); a
board member of the Fraternal Field Managers Association; and a Financial Advisor with Woodmen Financial Services.
