
Woodmen Financial Services Welcomes Rahja Porter as Chief Compliance Officer
Woodmen Financial Services (WFS) is pleased to announce the appointment of Rahja Porter as Chief Compliance Officer, effective Apr. 14, 2025. He has a wealth of experience and expertise in financial compliance and risk management, having spent the last decade with Osaic (formerly Securities America) as an Office of Supervisory Jurisdiction (OSJ) Leader of Compliance & Supervision.
In his new role, Porter will be responsible for ensuring that WFS adheres to all regulatory requirements and maintains the highest standards of compliance.

Porter holds the Investment Adviser Certified Compliance Professional (IACCP®) designation and is FINRA licensed with series 4, 7, 24, 52, 53, and 66. He studied at Metropolitan Community College (NE) and Sacramento State College (CA), majoring in Business Administration.
