Senior Vice President Appointed to Lead Three Divisions
WoodmenLife appointed Kyle McMahan its Senior Vice President, Chief Distribution & Marketing Officer effective March 1, 2018. He will oversee three divisions: Fraternal, Marketing and Sales.
“Kyle is an intelligent leader who will continue to align these divisions to meet our growth objectives for the future,” said President & CEO Patrick L. Dees. “I know his efforts will make us stronger and better-positioned to execute future strategic decisions.”
Since joining the organization in 1989, McMahan has established a stellar reputation for himself as a Financial Representative and more. A multi-year Superstar and Cabinet Incentive Trip winner, he was named Outstanding Recruiting Sales Manager of the Year for 18 years. He was also Florida Fraternal Insurance Counselor (FIC) of the Year. He joined the Home Office in 2016 as Director, Sales.
With McMahan’s promotion come three others.
- Chuck Driffill was named Vice President, Sales, effective March 1. Driffill has a record of success since joining WoodmenLife in April 2005 as a Sales Representative. He was promoted to a Recruiting Sales Manager in February 2007 and won recruiting honors in 2009 and 2010. He was promoted to Regional Director in April 2011 and then to Director, Sales in October 2016.
- Don Molineu was appointed Vice President, Fraternal, effective March 1. Molineu brings a wealth of sales and community outreach experience to the Home Office. He has excelled at various roles in his 35-year tenure, including as a Financial Representative, Recruiting Sales Manager, Regional Director, and Director, Sales. He has been a consistent member of the President’s Cabinet and holds FINRA licenses 7, 24 and 63 with Woodmen Financial Services.
- Jeremy Carroll has been named Director, Sales, effective April 1. Carroll has been a rising star since joining WoodmenLife full-time as a Sales Representative in Virginia in 2009. He earned various accolades in that role before being promoted to Recruiting Sales Manager in January 2011. There again he earned top honors before being promoted in January 2015 to Regional Director in Pennsylvania.
According to Dees, WoodmenLife is poised for great things with this new leadership structure. “Our fresh approach – melding the efforts of Marketing, Fraternal and Sales – will help us align our strategic initiatives, grow our membership and identify key ways to better serve our members.”
