King Appointed Executive Vice President, Fraternal
(OMAHA, NE) – Woodmen of the World/Omaha Woodmen Life Insurance Society recently announced that Larry King has been appointed Executive Vice President, Fraternal.
Prior to his appointment, he had been Executive Vice President, Field since April 2008. King began his Woodmen of the World career as a Field Representative in Kentucky East in April 1974, and received the Outstanding Field Representative Accomplishment Award. He was promoted to Area Manager in March 1982, and received the Area Manager Outstanding Accomplishment Award in 1984. He also received National Quality Production Awards in 1984 and 1985. In June 1988, King became State Manager of Tennessee East. In January 2002, King was appointed Georgia South State Manager. Larry earned membership in the President’s Cabinet for 31 years as a Field Representative, Area Manager and State Manager.
King graduated from the Universityof Kentuckywith a Bachelor of Science Degree, and received a Master’s Degree in Education and a Master’s Degree in Educational Administration from MoreheadStateUniversity. He has received his FIC, FICF and CLUdesignations, and is a Registered Representative.
