Hardaway Named South Georgia Manager
Woodmen of the World/Omaha Woodmen Life Insurance Society has named Daryle Hardaway of Tyler, Texas, State Manager of the Georgia South marketing area effective September 1, 2011.
Hardaway began his Woodmen of the World career as a Field Representative in Texas Northeast in October 1987, and was promoted to Area Manager in 1989. In July 1996, he was named State Manager of the Texas Southwest marketing area. In May 1998, Hardaway was appointed Assistant Field Manager. In January 2001, Hardaway was again promoted to Career Development Specialist, and on April 1, 2002, Woodmen of the World named Hardaway an Assistant Vice President. Hardaway served as the Assistant Vice President, Assistant Field Manager and Career Development Specialist until his appointment to the position of Texas Northeast State Manager in September 2005. In September 2012, Hardaway became State Manager of Georgia South.
Hardaway received the Outstanding Accomplishment for Management Award in 1992 and 1993, and the Rising Star State Manager Award in 1997. He has earned his FIC, FICF, LLIF, and CLUdesignations, along with Series 24, 7 & 63 licenses. He is a 16-year member of Woodmen of the World’s President’s Club and Cabinet, and has served on the Financial Projection and Growth/Expense Sub-Committee, Compensation Committee, and the Field Work Committee. He has served as President of both the Southwest Texasand Northeast Texas Board of Directors. He is a past member of Omaha Lodges 1 and 16, past Vice President of Lodge 46 in Waxahachie, TX, and a current member of Lodge 72 in Tyler, TX.
