A message to our members about our response to the COVID-19 Pandemic
Dear valued members,
As the COVID-19 (coronavirus) outbreak continues to rapidly evolve, I want you to know that we are thinking of you and hoping that you are staying safe and well. WoodmenLife is committed to the safety of our members, associates and sales force, and we are working diligently to safeguard our team members while continuing to provide business continuity to serve our nearly 700,000 members.
Passion for members and service to others are two of WoodmenLife’s core values, and we want you to rest assured that during this difficult time we are still here to support you. Our Customer Service Department remains open during our normal business hours of 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, Central Time. You can also access information about your certificate(s) by going to the member website at www.WoodmenLife.org.
WoodmenLife encourages everyone to be an active participant in flattening the curve of the COVID-19 outbreak by doing our best to increase social distancing. We have given guidance to all of our chapters to cancel or postpone all group events, including meetings. We are also taking multiple steps to ensure the safety of our associates and are encouraging them and you to help by following guidelines from the CDC. You can find those here .
WoodmenLife has been standing strong since 1890, and we will continue to be here when you need us most. The financial strength of our organization has weathered many storms, and we are confident that together we can get through this one as well. We will continue to make decisions in the best interest of our members and to look ahead to protect your futures.
